At Avisha Hikes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and refunds only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) system, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or unwanted items once delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect

- Items that are not in their original condition
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items requested for return due to change of mind
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Return Process
If your return is approved:
- We will schedule a pickup or provide return instructions based on your location.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Refunds
- we accept Cash on Delivery only.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- You will be contacted via email to arrange the refund method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with images of the product and package. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
